This is a project management role working for what has got to be one of the best PM teams in London. 3 months initially, there is every chance it will be longer and you will play a key role running 2 huge programmes across the financial services and tech space. These are leading and forward-thinking consumer brands so the work is interesting and you will be very client facing, working alongside your research colleagues. You really will get to see the impact of the work you are doing.
These are international programmes spanning tracking and ad hoc and projects include brand tracking, ad testing, satisfaction and increasingly NPD. There’s a dedicated focus on delivering ground-breaking insight through the use of the most innovative research techniques (gamification, social media analytics…).
Culturally, the environment is a breath of fresh air – people are empowered and encouraged to add value and as a result, it feels energised and upbeat. You never hear the word ‘no’ – everyone is encouraged to get involved and think differently. And it’s a cohesive team of friendly people who get on well. The leaders in this team are inspiring, passionate and brilliant at what they do. You’ll be challenged to bring your best work to the table in a constructive way, this is a place for people who want to add value and do their very best for their clients.
For this role, we need full service PM experience; you might be an end-to-end PM professional, you might be a researcher who enjoys the PM side. Either way, you’ll need to be used to resourcing, costings, inputting into new business proposals from a PM perspective and working with demanding (in a good way) and sizeable clients.
You’ll need to be available immediately and open to a 3-month contract. The contract may well extend and this team is winning business as the result of the quality of their work – so there be longer term opportunities at the end of the assignment if you wish. They are open to 4-day weeks and offer some flexibility around working from home.
