A lovely independent, this agency would be perfect for a talented Qualitative Associate Director who would like more variety and some exposure to Quantitative research.
As a business, there is a flat-structure and the environment is collaborative, supportive and flexible, with one day a week working from home.
Joining a close-knit team of researchers, you will be working alongside the existing Qual AD, managing qual and mixed methods research for clients from a range of sectors including hospitality, fmcg, beauty, health and food and drink.
The work spans customer experience, segmentation, consumer profiling, brand tracking, and brand strategy research and you will be using a range of qualitative techniques including (but not limited to) online discussions/forums, focus groups, telephone depths and accompanied shops.
With responsibility for the agency’s biggest account, you’ll be working in close partnership with this client, and many others, on a variety of ad hoc research, providing first class consultancy and technical expertise which will directly feed in to the clients’ commercial and marketing strategies.
It may be that you’re working in a bigger agency and looking for more autonomy and/or responsibility or that you would like to be working more closely with your clients. This role offers both.
What is important is your understanding of qualitative market research, your expertise in a range of qual techniques and your interest in exploring innovative ways of conducting and delivering research.
An interest in data visualisation and design would be a big plus!
