This agency is a real success story. They are dynamic, forward-thinking and they deliver great results for their clients. As a result, their business has shown significant and consistent growth. They boast a portfolio of leading brands and client organisations who come to them for incisive insight which informs their business decisions. This particular role is focused on the FMCG side, working with well known and loved brands across a variety of categories on a global basis and across all aspects of client challenges. If you enjoy breadth and pace – and love managing high performing teams (this role heads up a team of super-stars), this could well be one for you.
What stands out about this agency is the energy the exude – the people here are driven, passionate about what they do and ambitious for the business and their clients. Highly entrepreneurial, if you have ideas, you can see them through. Constantly innovating, they have gone from strength to strength, winning some of the most prestigious clients around, off the back of the quality of their work, their story telling and their fresh thinking. They dare to do things differently and are constantly pushing forward.
They also have a lot of fun along with way – everyone feels to be enjoying it here. It is a genuinely friendly place where everyone gets along – no politics, no cliques. And lots of socials if you wish to get involved (and no problem if you don’t).
In this role, you will be leading a cracking team, helping them to develop and be the best they can be. You will be client facing, very often presenting to senior people; these clients really listen to the research and are engaged with it. You will need to be confident on your feet and able to hold your own.
The work on these brands is very broad – product innovation, brand purpose, pre testing, campaign evaluation – no two days are the same. It’s all ad hoc so you get the opportunity to create bespoke solutions for each client question. The work comes in thick and fast so this is perfect for someone loves each day to be different and who enjoys creating proposals and thinking about ways to respond to varied client challenges.
For this role, you will need established quant skills with good exposure to and a passion for FMCG. You must love variety and working at a pace and have a track record of turning the data into actionable recommendations. You will need to be proactive around developing new tools and ways of working – the kind of person who wants to drive things forward and do things differently. We are looking for agility, someone who loves to spin plates and enjoys the buzz and challenge of clients who like to move fast.
If you are looking for responsibility, exposure, freedom to create and client ownership, please get in touch.
