Working on some of the most exciting and category-changing/defining new products in the market, the AD plays a pivotal role, working closely with research colleagues to deliver strategic insight which is fed directly back into the client’s business.

This newly created AD role will have day-to day responsibility for the management of this global study using cutting edge thinking around new and specialist techniques. You will be working alongside a team of specialist project managers and researchers in an innovative team, who are at the forefront of thinking in this area.
It’s a global programme covering 40 markets; it is fast paced and constantly evolving and there is a strong ad hoc element with new categories and markets being added on a monthly basis.
As AD, you will be the ’go to’ person for any questions about the study – from your team, and internal and external clients (full training will be provided). There will be lots of opportunity to think more strategically both in terms of developing and delivering the project, and leading your project management team.
You will be involved in project planning and scoping, ensuring the programme is run to the very highest standards. You will also be involved in making the project even more efficient; reviewing processes, creating automation and implementing best practice, so we need someone who is always on the lookout for better ways of working.
The role is client facing – you will be liaising with the client at head office, and in the local markets, and there is real opportunity to really develop your client facing and commercial skills here.
For this role, we need a client facing, project management superstar; a confident manager, who can lead a team and who isn’t afraid to make decisions.
With an end-to-end research project management background, and experience in online and CATI (highly desirable) data collection, we are looking for drive, spark and energy. This project is highly valued (internally and externally) and has much focus, so there is real opportunity to really make your mark in this role.
Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, and someone dedicated and conscientious, who wants to take ownership of a high value project.
