Perfect for a Research Manager looking for their first Associate Director role. We are looking for a sparky, interesting, dynamic comms researcher to help the government and third sector deliver inspiring, motivating and powerful communications programmes which impact on behaviour and create positive social change. And no, you don’t need social research experience. If you’ve got it, then great. If not, a genuine interest is enough.
What’s different about this role? We’re talking high profile campaigns and huge variety spanning alcohol and binge drinking, cancer screening, teacher recruitment, breastfeeding, employment, road safety and everything in between. These are ambitious programmes aimed at delivering serious social impact and this agency frequently win industry and government awards for their work.
The team environment is a breath of fresh air – the people here are truly collaborative, supportive – and a genuinely lovely, great fun bunch. And you’ll be given the opportunity to really grow, learn and develop along with some of the best training available from people who are well known and respected for being at the top of their game.
You’ll be involved in the end-to-end management of heavyweight projects with a view to develop into a role where you can provide advice and consultancy to your clients and working alongside their partner agencies (PR, digital, advertising, media…), ensuring the outcomes are the highest quality.
So what do we need? We are ideally looking for a quantitative researcher with brand and comms experience along with being genuinely interested in social research (if you have both, even better!). As importantly, we need a strong team player with natural communication skills who is down to earth, creative and passionate about what they do. A strong client facing role where you will be working closely with senior public sector stakeholders, we need someone with confidence and gravitas, someone who exudes flair, energy and character, who is down to earth, creative and passionate.
