A lovely role combining supporting the Head of Social Media Insight combined with championing a high profile and exciting global key account. Our client uses social media analysis and market research to help answer business questions for marketing, market research, insight and digital teams. The outputs are high impact and clients use the deliverables to innovate as well as to shape more relevant messages to communicate with their target audiences and to connect with their consumers.
Key to this role are communication skills, strong analytical skills and a real enjoyment of creating a story off the back of social media analysis as well as media research outputs. Story telling at its best! A senior member in the team, the management side is important – someone who enjoys managing, mentoring and developing a forward thinking team of social media enthusiasts!
Whilst you don’t need to have social media experience (ideal if you do, especially if coming from a social media listening agency background), you will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in this rapidly evolving and exciting area. You will be a client facing and analytical individual who wants to take more responsibility in terms of owning client relationships and taking an important role in the shaping, direction and growth of the team.
