We are looking for energetic, sparky people who have a grounding in research project management, either from a research agency or a panel provider, to join this high profile team working on huge budget programmes for leading global brands. Client facing, working side by side with researchers, this role offers ownership (with support from BRILLIANT leaders), training, development and the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of new developments including the use of tech and automation to drive speed and efficiency and the creation of Best in Class processes and ways of working.
In this role, you will get involved in managing global programmes which inform brand strategy and marketing communications for your clients. Across sectors, you’ll be working on some of the best known and loved global brands. And because you’ll be working side by side with your research colleagues and speaking to clients directly, you will get to see the impact of your work. Your role is front-facing and very valuable to the programmes, helping keep everything running smoothly and to time – it’s a fantastic way of gaining an understanding of the entire research process for some of the largest global brands.

You will be involved end-to end project management, from client briefings, inputting into proposals, helping put together costings, advising on questionnaires, overseeing the DP process, managing external providers, running the translations process, delivering scripts/tables for sign-off and ensuring everything runs to time and budget.
For this role, we need someone who has a grounding in quant PM (you might have a PM, panels or PM-focused research background), who has get-up-and go in spades, who is keen to get involved and learn and who is genuinely interested in market research and brands.
