Specialising in customer experience research, their clients come from a wide range of sectors (eg. automotive, retail, consumer, utilities) and the services they offer to these clients range from the provision of an innovative, self-serve-platform to platform plus insight, consultancy and advanced analytics.
Primarily working with one of their highest value self-serve clients (there will also be opportunity to work on smaller accounts within the team) the CSM will act as a trusted advisor, building a relationship, overseeing the programme from a project management perspective and ensuring the client stakeholders have the optimum experience when using the platform to conduct their research.
The role has several core elements:
- Client engagement – ensuring the clients get the most out of the platform, and overseeing the programme
- Educating the clients in how to get the most out of the platform, through knowledge sharing and training
- Solutions development – working with the agency’s software partner on platform development
We are looking for a Client Success Manager with excellent project management skills, and a track record of translating clients’ business needs into a commercial proposition through the use of a self-serve platform. With a background in research project management or customer success, you will stand out as someone who truly understands the benefits of automated solutions, and can impart your knowledge to your clients, helping them to use the platform effectively.
