They are widely regarded as a leading authority across the lifestyle, travel, fashion and luxury sectors.
Headquartered in London and New York, this is a 12 month maternity cover role based in London (post covid – with blended work in the meantime). This is a key role in their newly formed global insights team where you will be responsible for delivering a research programme and leading a team which guides and supports the business through consumer insight. This is a global role, covering all markets and supporting stakeholders from across the business.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong international quantitative and qualitative research background. Whilst a mixed methods agency-led background is preferred, hands on quant skills are essential. We are looking for outstanding communication skills with a strong track record of working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders at a senior level. Key is understanding core business questions, engaging stakeholders and delivering a compelling story with actionable insights. Working across both tactical and strategic insight-led projects, you will have a track record in understanding the most appropriate and effective research approach (and a keen interest in trialling new approaches) with a view to answering core business questions. Breadth is important eg audience profiling, segmentation, brand strategy, concept testing / product development, sales / marketing positioning and commercial research.
Previous exposure to luxury, fashion, digital media with focus on lifestyle category interests is preferred.
