The ideal candidate will be someone who deeply understands the digital media industry, is highly analytical, and is nimble and creative with the ability to incorporate data and testing into the strategic decision-making process. A passion for travel is a plus!
Key is someone who will partner with site leads to craft initiatives that capture new audiences and build loyalty with existing audiences. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing a global content distribution strategy that will extend the reach and amplification of the brand across search, newsletters, multiple social networks, partnerships, and more.
We are looking for extensive experience in the media or entertainment industry, digital advertising agency or online marketing, advertising, or publishing organization. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of and experience with audience development channels (SEO, social, newsletter, and partnerships) as well as a detailed knowledge of social channels and a deep familiarity with social and web analytics tools.
Management experience would also be a bonus as this role will involve managing a talented and established team.
Combining communication, analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking keys are core to this role; someone who can communicate effectively at leadership levels.
