Having carved out an extremely successful niche, and with business growing significantly, they now have an opportunity for a Client Success Manager in their London office – this is their first of this type, so a great opportunity to really make your mark.
Managing a portfolio of hugely successful businesses from the financial services sector (and beyond) you will have responsibility for these clients with two thirds of your time focused on managing and growing these significant accounts, and the reminder of your time spent engaging in strategic pre-sales calls with potential new clients .
This is not a sales role – and our client is really clear about this – what they are looking for is a switched-on CSM from the FS space who can have strategic, high quality and sophisticated conversations with their clients.
Typically, you will be liaising with Product, Strategy and Data Directors, and conversations might be around how to get the most out of the data and products provided, to scoping out opportunities to grow business with existing clients, or having strategic input into pre-sales conversations, and onboarding new clients.
With sales cycles typically 6 – 12 months, this is about being credible, relationship led and consultative. You will need to be comfortable with data – not in terms of analysis but from an account management perspective – and we need experience in the FS Sector – this might be from an FS business, research agency or SaaS/data led agency.
