We are looking for a right hand person to a smart, inspiring and visionary Chief Executive, someone to help lead and grow this well-known and ambitious boutique agency. This agency is agile, insightful, innovative and consultative. The foundations are all in place: they have a unique offering in the market, a very talented team and an impressive client portfolio. They are growing and opportunities abound; this newly created position will play a key role in helping them take the next step in their development.
This is a hugely exciting role for someone who likes pace, loves to innovate, enjoys client interaction, building relationships and growing a successful team and someone who enjoys wearing a commercial hat. You will need to be charismatic, energetic and passionate about what you do. With an ability to lead from the front and a track record of taking teams with you, you will be ambitious, hungry and ultimately be looking for an MD level role as your next step.
Whilst having a strategic emphasis, this role will include championing a key client in the tech world as well as leading proposals, sprinkling your magic on client pitches, facilitating senior level creative workshops and creating opportunities to grow the business either through spotting opportunities or through driving the agency offer.
You are likely to come from an innovation, consultancy or insight-led background. You’ll be experienced in lean and agile environments and well versed in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch. A creative problem solver, an idea’s person and a collaborator – you’ll find inspiration from people and technology, turning the seemingly impossible in to reality. Salary: £100,000 + up to 20% bonus
