This client is the ‘go to’ agency for innovative and fast moving media and tech clients; business is growing at pace due to their strategic and creative approach in answering their clients’ questions, so we need a Qualitative Director who is confident in leading on proposals and growing business; although a 9 month contract initially, they are so successful that there is every chance that this will become permanent.
These clients are genuinely some of the most exciting brands in the media and tech space –you won’t work with better than these; the brave and dynamic brands which are creating new markets and breaking through boundaries with some of the most exciting and challenging questions out there.
This agency partners with its clients on some of the most fascinating and cultural projects out there; gender neutrality, fake news, and the word of AR are just some of the recent topics; an interest in cultural intelligence will be well received here.
There is huge investment in innovation in terms of ways of working, you get time to really think about projects, access to and the opportunity to work with experts in their field, the chance to get involved with thought leadership pieces… along with a genuinely entrepreneurial, agile and exciting culture. Qualitative researchers often tell us they are looking for breadth, exposure to different approaches and the more strategic end of the spectrum in terms of projects…this team has it all. They work in a creative way – using semiotics (there is a semiotician in the team), neuroscience, behavioural economics – as well as developing their own new technology including augmented reality, voice technology, wearables etc – plus the more traditional qual techniques (IDIs, groups, online…).
You will find yourself working with a brilliant and insightful team, all of whom bring something slightly different. It is a lovely team environment where the people genuinely get on and help each other, everyone is motivated and ambitious – in a good way – the ambition is for the clients.
