This multi-billion dollar beauty and personal care brand needs no introduction – it has high awareness and huge heritage behind it. This is an opportunity to either move client-side or hone your client-side skills in a very broad-based in-house role – and to help to define a new research & insight function for the UK market.
This is a very wide ranging role – you’ll be involved in brand health and comms tracking, customer satisfaction and product testing and pricing. You’ll be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to help them make more profitable business decisions and support business growth. You’ll be involved in informing the sales, marketing and category strategic plans, putting forward a calendar of research to support these functions and you’ll be regularly presenting to the leadership teams.
We need to see experience of brand health and comms tracking; customer satisfaction would be nice to have. You’ll need good hands-on skills: an excellent understanding of the data and how to ensure it is of good quality, the ability to write questionnaires as well as knowledge of what methodologies need to be used to tackle the broad range of business questions. You’ll be curious about the data and love to solve problems from it, and you’ll be able to create and tell a story to the business, with clear recommendations as to what needs to happen as a result.
You must have agency-side experience – we are also open to hearing from people who have both agency and client side experience.
The head office is based just less than one hour north of London and you will need to be there 2 days/week. You can WFH or base yourself in London with the agencies/partners the rest of the time.
