What a brilliant role! Whilst employed by a global boutique agency with a fab culture that truly sets them apart (great vibe, very low turnover, happy team, good work/life balance), you will be based onsite with one of their clients who they work in partnership with. The aim is that whilst you would spend the majority of your time onsite with this well known client based in London (zone 1), you will work closely with the agency research team, attend all the training…and importantly be part of all their fun social events. This is important to them!
Not only will this give you amazing clientside experience early on, you will also benefit from both the agency and clientside training. A huge opportunity to capitalise on a good grounding in quant research (ideally with a formal research grad training). If you have some exposure to qual research along with experience of product and concept testing, all the better! All their work is ad hoc and they are very much at the bespoke end of the spectrum ie no products.
Our client is an agency that is well respected for combining excellent research, added value and people based skills. Their clients go back to them time and time again, hence the partner relationship with this particular client and a need to have a Research Executive or entry level Senior Research Executive to be based predominantly onsite. The fit is key; bright, energetic, ideas led, proactive and a great team player as well as demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with lots of common sense.
Looking to grow, you will be passionate about your research whilst wanting to hone your strategic skills within an exciting business where there is huge scope to fast track up the career ladder. It is an ideal role for a researcher who wants to move away from run of the mill studies and who wants to work in a consultative environment where projects are truly bespoke and really do address clients marketing requirements.
Culture wise, you can’t get better; creative, collaborative, fun, supportive and challenging (in a good way!). They are refreshing as everyone genuinely loves being there, clients keep going back and they are growing. A recent researcher who joined this lovely agency through Pollen recently said “what is great is that the Director’s really care about the work and are therefore involved throughout and there is also a great support system” It’s a great time to join.
