Our client has a number of USP’s which differentiates them from most: they view themselves as a global boutique ie they have the strength and infrastructure of a global business (8 offices around the world), but with the nimbleness and client focus of the best boutique. The UK team are less than 20 in total (researchers) and it is a lovely place to work with a genuinely great work life balance. All their work is adhoc and specifically tailored to their impressive client list and their outputs are largely mixed methods. With lots of international projects, they work across sectors with FMCG and Retail being key to their business. They punch well above their weight in terms of their clients who range from globally renowned FTSE 100 brands to media & entertainment giants (at a global level) and then a range of more leftfield and fascinating one off clients. They are very much at the bespoke and consultative end of the spectrum.
Our client is an agency that is well respected for combining excellent research, added value and people based skills. Their clients go back to them time and time again. With consistently strong results gained off the back of their tailored and added value approach, we are now looking for a talented Insight Manager to join the team. The fit is key; bright, energetic, ideas led, proactive and a great team player as well as demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with lots of common sense. In terms of experience, we are looking for either a grounded mixed methods researcher or a quantie looking to gain qual experience or perhaps a quallie looking to dabble in quant.
Looking to grow, you will be passionate about your research whilst wanting to hone your strategic skills within an exciting business where there is huge scope to fast track up the career ladder. It is an ideal role for a researcher who wants to move away from run of the mill studies and who wants to work in a consultative environment where projects are truly bespoke and really do address clients marketing requirements.
Wouldn’t you want to work amongst some of the best researchers in industry coming from boutique creative research agencies, clientside, management consultancy and traditional agency backgrounds? Culture wise, you can’t get better; creative, collaborative, fun, supportive and challenging (in a good way!). They are refreshing as everyone genuinely loves being there, clients keep going back and they are growing. A recent researcher who joined this lovely agency through Pollen recently said “what is great is that the Director’s really care about the work and are therefore involved throughout and there is also a great support system” It’s a great time to join.
