Senior level roles like this are few and far between; this role is focused on strategy and execution and offers you the opportunity to make your mark at a global level within this high performing digital insights agency; from leading on a high profile international media research programme to working with senior internal and external stakeholders to developing new products and tools which are aligned with the programme, this role has it all.
This is the agency’s biggest account and the role is fundamental to the successful of the programme. The programme manager will be the ‘go to’ person for the client and internal teams (at a global level); initially overseeing the project management team during the set up phase of the project (in 50+ countries), then working with international markets to create new products and ways of using the data eg. developing a strategy for running re-contact surveys and linking the data with other data sources and platforms within the industry to create new products.
There is much excitement about this project across the business, and at an international level too; its’s such a highly valued project with so much scope for development and you will regularly be communicating at a global C-suite level, looking at ways to improve the programme and ensuring that that the programme is performing to the very highest standard and exceeding the client’s expectations.
There will be regular (at least monthly) meetings with the client, including working with the client team on-site one day a week, so you will need to be absolutely ‘on top’ of the project to in terms of delivery and results.
This isn’t a role for a wall-flower – we need a brilliant Programme Manager, someone who can step up, take ownership of the client and the project and provide an outstanding level of service.
We are looking for an established and high calibre Director-level PM specialist with gravitas, passion and determination; someone who can develop a strong relationship with the client and motivate and inspire the team.
You will need a track record of implementing and leading on large-scale programmes and not be afraid to challenge the norm, someone who comes up with creative new ways of working and provides ‘troubleshooting’ on projects. You will need strong ‘people skills’ and an ability to lead by example so that you can up-skill and train internal teams and create strong relationships with senior stakeholders
