This role offers the opportunity to play a senior role within a highly successful project management team. With a true client focus and working alongside the research team to deliver the best possible programmes, you’ll have responsibility for the project management of substantial global programmes and play a key role in the set up and ongoing management of a new major win for the agency. You’ll also be helping drive best practice, whilst bringing out the very best in your team. In a culture which is based on integrity and decency, we are looking for someone who wants to make an impact and make this role their own.
The project management team works side by side with their researcher-colleagues – very much a relationship of equals, they are outward-facing and involved in end-to-end programmes from recommending methodologies and approaches, attending pitches and managing all aspects of delivery.
The approach is highly consultative and you will be working with an exciting new client, setting up a major new programme across the UK, Germany and the US. And you’ll be working with very established clients. These are all leading global brands. We need to see a credible, down to earth and team-focused approach and exemplary leadership, project management and problem solving skills. You will need to be used to working with clients to help them drive brand growth and providing insight which enables them to achieve their commercial objectives.
A key aspect of this role is to develop and support junior members of the team in order to bring out the best in them. It is about empowering them in their consultative and advisory capacity and optimising the research-project management team relationship in order to create the best possible client programmes.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness of every aspect of PM, from technological developments to supplier choice.
This is a successful, buoyant and dynamic place to be; the agency is performing extremely well. As well as this win, there are more on the horizon. This has been achieved by focusing on producing great work which impacts on clients’ businesses and brands, not on short term financial results or internal restructures.
Highly innovative and forward thinking, it is a place for people who love to take ownership and make things happen – you are given autonomy, with support to do just that. The people here are genuinely curious and interested in what they do. The training on offer is second-to-none and development opportunities are huge.
As a result of all this, people stay – they talk about being challenged, consistently offered new opportunities, being listened to, and enjoying being in a culture where anyone at any level can have an opinion and lead on projects.
