We are looking for skilled, client facing Project Managers who understand online quantitative market research projects. Project wise, you will have seen it all so know how to keep a project running like clockwork. You’ll also be a dab hand at managing client’s expectations and building client relationships – this is key.
Their delivery model is agile and client centric; clients could be brand owners (eg. e-commerce), media agencies or market research agencies and the projects are full service and sample only. What’s great is that you are exposed to a mix of clients and projects so that your day is varied, and you can help with a wide range of client challenges.
To succeed as a Project Manager, you’ll need to take ownership of the projects and clients; with a strong understanding of questionnaire design and data, your role will be to ‘oversee’ the project from end to end, including advising on questionnaire design, checking links, writing analysis specs and checking data .
The culture is one of learning, support, and encouragement. The team are ‘close-knit’ and help each out; there are some brilliant examples who have started their career with the agency and returned later in their career because of innovative nature of the work and the opportunities available.
Although a 12-month contract initially, this agency has a history in finding a good ‘home’ for people who work well in the business, so this could well become a permanent opportunity.
