Now is a fascinating time to work in healthcare. The sector is consistently evolving and this business is an exciting place to be due to the amount of investment available and the access they have to innovation and technology. The team are curious, enjoy learning and are driven by creating new and clever ways to help clients. They provide insight and project management across the entire healthcare spectrum. The culture is non-hierarchical and collaborative and is driven by the passion of the team to improve healthcare.
This is a pivotal role in the project management team. Your role is to facilitate the smooth running of quantitative research; working closely with the insight team to deliver results for a wide range of projects using a range of data collection techniques not usually associated with healthcare research.
Working with major global players as well as independent specialists – across therapy areas including oncology, diabetes and rare disease, projects are varied and strategic; the team are increasingly being asked to act in an advisory role to their clients; pharma companies, global charities and not for profit organisation, requiring an agile and consultative approach to research and project management.
You need solid quant PM experience, proven online research credentials and ideally – but not necessarily – exposure to the healthcare sector. You must be methodical and organised, enjoy juggling a wide range of projects, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong commercial acumen; being able to oversee and manage project budgets.
In return, you will be offered a wealth of training and development opportunities, and interesting and varied work using cutting edge techniques.
