Our client genuinely gets to the hearts and minds of their consumers. They love what they do, they are very good at it and they have a fantastic reputation with the research industry .
This agency really understands and cares about their employees – asked why they enjoy being there – the answer is the people and the fascinating work.
They have a brilliant team of qualitative researchers in place, working on some creative and cutting-edge research, and with requests for new business flooding in, they need a superstar project planner to manage this.
The planner is the person that glues it all together; you’ll be doing a lot of juggling in this role; keeping in tune with the researchers and their workloads, whilst ensuring that all projects are fully resourced and being managed in the most effective way.
This is a great role for a someone who loves organising and working to deadlines; responsibilities include fielding new enquiries to the most appropriate teams, allocating projects to researchers, helping the research teams with international costings, quality checking research for publication, booking freelancers and above all, ensuring that everyone is happy and no-one is ‘over loaded’ – the health and welfare of their employees is paramount in this business.
The very nature of this role, means that we are looking for a highly organised, personable and energetic project manager; a bright spark who loves working with people and has great communication skills – written and oral – as you’ll often be the first port of call for clients, advising them on the agency’s research offerings and directing them to the most appropriate researcher eg. a sector or methodology specialist.
Qual experience would be fantastic, but other project management or research administration experience will also be considered – it’s more about your attitude and approach, than anything else.
The agency has a lovely culture – ambitious yet not pressured; it is an open environment where everyone has a voice and where the role of the project planner is a highly regarded and valued function within the business.
