Providing insight built on deep human understanding, they take a highly consultative approach with clients and focus on adding value to their businesses and brands, often prompting interesting and diverse client conversations surrounding innovation and what’s next. The focus here is on consulting and adding value to clients. At this level, as well as supporting your (brilliant and inspirational) directors on big-budget programmes, you can expect to lead your own smaller clients – with appropriate support. You will be given as much responsibility as you are ready for.

We need someone who can bring a fresh perspective and expertise to the team. Client facing, strong communication skills and an ability to create a story which engages clients are critical.
To be successful here, you will take a consulting approach and enjoy advising your clients. You will need to be comfortable running your own projects or parts of projects, being involved in taking a client brief and understanding the issues and objectives, writing smaller proposals and inputting into more complex ones, managing your own smaller clients, writing discussion guides, conducting field work, getting involved with ethnographic studies and workshops and playing a key role in debriefs – both in terms of involvement in writing and presenting. We need someone who can organise their own work, who has get up and go in spades and who is keen to learn, develop and challenge themselves.
