This is a wonderful role for a quallie who is passionate about media and advertising. Our client is world- renowned in this area; they are Cannes and IPA effectiveness award winners and they are often tasked with briefs to “make award-winning ads” for leading, well-known and upcoming brands. Their expertise in this area is unparalleled.
This is a qual RM-level role focused on creative development – you will be consulting on creating effective ads across both traditional and digital media – including trailer testing and streaming. This team is going from strength to strength – business is incoming as a result of their reputation. They are friendly, collaborative, close knit and clearly enjoy their time together. And there are excellent development opportunities both within the team and globally. As one of the team said: “I really like how welcoming and supportive everyone on the team is. I also like how no two days are the same, giving me the opportunity to learn and develop in different areas.” And another said “I love the diversity: the people, the specialities throughout the business, the clients and the types of briefs”.
The focus here is on consulting and adding value to your clients. At this level, as well as supporting your (brilliant and inspirational) directors on big-budget programmes, you can expect to lead your own smaller clients – with appropriate support. You will be given as much responsibility as you are ready for.
And you will be in an environment of bright, supportive, spark people who have a lot of fun along the way.
In this role we need someone who is truly passionate creative development, media and advertising. You will take a consulting approach and enjoy advising your clients. You will need to be comfortable running your own projects or parts of projects, being involved in taking a client brief and understanding the issues and objectives, writing smaller proposals and inputting into more complex ones, managing your own smaller clients, writing discussion guides, conducting field work, getting involved with ethnographic studies and workshops and playing a key role in debriefs – both in terms of involvement in writing and presenting. We need someone who can organise their own work, who has get up and go in spades and who is keen to learn, develop and challenge themselves. We are open to people from a research background, or from a creative or planning background.
This really is a place where you can stay, develop yourself and get on in your career.
Business is absolutely booming in this agency and it is a hugely exciting time to join this very successful and highly regarded business.
