We are so impressed with this client. They are very hot on story telling and cultural change. Their work is based in research and creative strategy, often working on social problems and cultural conversations. They work with everyone from Silicon Valley corporations to one-woman NGOs. A significant amount of their work is with civil society / non profit organisations.
They are entrepreneurial, smart, thoughtful and have really found their niche which spans behaviour/social change and big tech. With the amazing support of freelance collaborators (qual researchers, brand strategists, academics and film makers) in their words, they are keen on interdisciplinary teams and engaging with unlikely collaborators. Building a small permanent team, they are now looking for a switched on and energetic qualitative researcher at Senior Research Executive or Research Manager level with an interest in ethnography, film, communications and social change. With their fascinating projects comes a fair amount of travel to unusual and often interesting places; this would suit someone where immersing oneself in different cultures is part of their DNA.
A small team, they are very collaborative and immersed in every project. They are grown ups; there is lots of flexibility. Outputs are important; they pay attention to fine details and outputs include documentary films, books, toolkits and posters alongside the more traditional decks and reports. What drives them is their passion for their work and they are looking for a like minded quallie to join them.
Big tick boxes for this special team include semiotics, cultural analysis or perhaps a more traditional background with a grounding in brand and creative development. We would love to hear from someone coming from a creative/culture led agency who wants to join a business where the opportunity to learn is huge and where you can grow alongside this talented team/agency who are really going places.
