We are looking for an established director who loves working being hands-on with the data to work on this huge-budget global programme focused on the development of ground-breaking new brands and products.
This role will suit a data-literate, heavy-hitting research director who wants to work with one client across markets to help them understand their consumers and make important business decisions.
Whilst having a commercial eye, this long-standing account is growing at a place – it is both a highly exciting and very stable environment to be in. With no business development targets/pitching/wondering where the next piece of work is coming from, people who work on this account love it because they can focus on delivering insight that is listened to by the client.
This client is investing heavily in innovation on the largest scale, creating a suite of exciting and very cool new products. The role will focus on two major multi-market programmes to understand the success of new launches at every level in every market and to understand changing consumer behaviour in these categories. These are large-scale continuous programmes with a lot of deep dives and ad hoc work with new markets being added on a regular basis – it is fast paced and constantly evolving.
This is a very popular client because they are interested, engaged, proactive, listen to the research and are described as a lot of fun. It is a fantastic client relationship. There is huge variety with the opportunity to work across client touchpoints, markets and sub-categories. You will become an expert in how the client operates and get to really understand their challenges.
For this role, we need an established director who is very comfortable with the data and who can talk data with the client with confidence. Someone who can make the most of the data and provide impactful analysis and stories around important business questions. Managing a brilliant team of around 10, leaderships is a key part of this role
