A quick summary: fabulous boutique research agency with the BEST clients. Based in the heart of Soho, they have fun, open plan offices, a great culture and are very collaborative (will have flexibility to split the week between working from home and being the office). This team are all passionate about how people choose to engage with the brands they do to enhance their lifestyle.
We are looking for a Research Manager who will work on an interesting range of ad hoc (a bias towards) and tracking studies. Award winning, they work in partnership with their clients; the results of their projects are high profile and award winning. Recent studies include restoring credibility of a well known retail brand, understanding gifting journeys within beauty, innovating in a crowded space, uncovering deeply held consumer beliefs for a world famous fashion brand and rebooting the fragrance category.
All round, this will give you exceptional exposure and an amazing opportunity to consolidate your quantitative research experience gained to date through stepping into a Research Manager role with a super agency who just get it right in terms of combining great projects, a wonderful team and a very decent work life balance.
Fit is as important as experience. As an individual, you will be smart, passionate, looking to develop, aspirational, a strong team player and with a “can-do” attitude. This is probably the nicest agency you could possibly wish to work for,
This agency really understands and cares about their employees – asked why they enjoy being there – the answer is the people and the fascinating work. Integrated research is at the heart of what they do – whilst this is a quant role, the quant and qual teams sit together and this gives both sides excellent exposure to a broader research process and range of methodologies. They were also a finalist at MRS awards for being the best place to work.
Post Covid – a great balance of working from home and being in the office (Central London and a fab spot!).
