Would you like to transfer your research skills into the not-for-profit sector?
Our client is a high-profile international charity which makes a positive difference to the lives of NHS staff and healthcare users by measuring and improving the experiences of healthcare patients and staff in the UK and Europe.
They provide research and evaluation for a range of public and private healthcare organisations; these studies are highly regarded and used to inform policy and improve outcomes.
The Research Associate will join a team of research experts, designing bespoke qual and quant research to explore the experiences of patients with a view to improving healthcare journeys; often partnering with universities and charities to conduct this research.
We are looking for a researcher who enjoys working on qual and quant research and is equally comfortable conducting an in-depth interview, as they are analysing quantitative data.
Ideally with a health or social research background, we need someone who is able to interview patients in a sensitive and empathetic manner.
A strong team player with excellent communications skills, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of research methodology along with experience in survey design, analysis and reporting, with excellent attention to detail.
The people who work here are smart, professional, and committed. Many come from the healthcare sector , others come from outside of healthcare (eg consumer) and they all have a common goal in using research to improve healthcare experiences.
