The work is broad and you are part of a cohesive multi-agency team, working alongside the creative and media agencies. There are lots of deep dives, ad hoc pieces, exposure to qual, data science and a range of new and innovative techniques. And as well as high-spend ATL campaigns, there is creative TTL activity – which you need to think of ways to effectively evaluate.
Added to which, there is increasing project management support so you and your reports get to focus on designing the programmes and creating the insight.
