This dynamic boutique consultancy is thriving off the back of the high quality and considered insight they deliver. They are growing existing business and winning new clients and as a result, they are expanding their team.
The work here is strategic and global in nature. From foundation studies which inform brand direction to looking at the future of categories 10 years from now, they are asked challenging questions by their clients and very often have to create methodologies in order to generate the insight. As such, they prize fresh thinking and creativity.
This role will focus on some of their key clients across the beauty, FMCG and travel sectors – these are leading brands and household names. Much of the work is global so they are particularly interested in people who are fascinated by the nuance of culture and cultural difference.
And as well as interesting work, this agency offers a refreshing culture – it’s so super-agile and entrepreneurial whilst prizing quality and rigour. It’s collaborative, creative, friendly and fun. The work-life balance is good – and everyone works from home on Fridays.
Much as we are looking for a qual specialist, a qual-focused mixed methods background would also be welcome – we need someone who can integrate quant findings and talk comfortably to clients about quant. There is an impressive team of quant specialists, but as this agency is mixed methods, feeling comfortable discussing quant is important.
We need established qual skills, experience of creating programmes to answer strategic and challenging questions and someone who enjoys thinking about the client question and the best possible way to generate insight that adds value. Very client facing, we need to see strong client management and development skills.
Fit is critical so we need someone who is a team player and who enjoys working with and supporting others. This is a team of super-bright, passionate, curious, interested, interesting and very decent people – you’ll need to fit right in to this.
