Imaginative, smart, curious, inspiring – this is what this award-winning boutique agency is well known for. In their words, they love people and their idiosyncrasies and their over-riding aim is to inspire their clients’ decision making by bringing them closer to the real, human stories behind the data. With an impressive list of clients, as well as the quality of their work, what we really like about them is that everyone clearly enjoys working here and this is reflected in the fact that they have one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the industry.
They are looking for a Research Director to lead an impressive portfolio of media, consumer tech, entertainment and gaming clients. Experience in these fields would be ideal but is not essential. Working with some of the best brands in the market, this is a very broad role in terms of client questions (every aspect of brand, comms, innovation…) across both tracking and ad hoc. You really will get to be creative in terms of considering the best possible approach for these, spanning traditional and digital approaches. Fully integrated, although this is a quant-focused role and we need a quant specialist, you will be working closely with the qual team on integrated programmes so you’ll get involved in everything from ethnography to advanced analytics.
We are looking for a talented quant director who thrives on working and building long term relationships with their clients, someone with a strong quant research agency background incorporating both ad hoc and tracking research.
This agency really cares about their employees and developing and coaching a team is also key to this role. As such we are looking for a role model, someone who enjoys nurturing talented people and bringing out the best of them.
And from a personal perspective, to fit into this lively, fun and straight forward team, we are looking for natural flair, character, enthusiasm and energy…a great team player who can take the lead.
The other thing to say about this agency is that they are committed to developing their capability and staying ahead, so they love to meet people who have specific passions in terms of areas of interest and new ways of working as well as a track record of driving things forward.
Asked why people enjoy it here, the answer is the people and the fascinating work. It’s one of our favourite agencies to work with based on the very positive culture including a great work/life balance – they really are a close-knit bunch of researchers who love their job.
They are very open to people who want to work 4 days/week, have a grown-up approach to WFH and to accommodating “real life” commitments.
