This small, strategic boutique consultancy is looking for a bright, creative, energetic individual to lead on one of their key clients in the travel and tourism arena. This is an opportunity to ‘front’ the client – you’ll be the main point of contact – and to make it your own. This client wants to understand and use the research – so you’ll be focusing on using a wide range of client engagement techniques (video-sharing, dashboards, lunch and learn sessions…) to ensure the insight adds value to their thinking. You can expect to spend one day each fortnight in their office – you will be a key part of their team and see the impact of your work.
This is a multi-country tracking programme spanning brand and comms and customer journey/experience – with all the deep dives and resultant work that goes with that. You will get involved in other accounts within the agency (FMCG, beauty, other travel clients) but this client will be your focus – this is a role for someone who enjoys working alongside their client and developing a ‘trusted advisor’-style relationship.
We need a talented quant researcher with outstanding client relationship skills who enjoys a mix of tracking and ad hoc work, who has curiosity, creative thinking and ideally exposure and/or an interest in learning about qual. We need someone with passion and ideas in spades. You’ll need to be a confident self-starter and eager to lead your own client – with support from your (experienced and motivating) line manager. You’ll need strong data analysis skills and be able to develop clear and inspiring stories from quantitative data. We are completely open on sector experience.
The culture here is open, friendly and energetic; it’s a supportive environment with a focus on great quality work.
