This global boutique consultancy has carved out a real niche in the sustainability arena and their passion and interest in it shines through. Firmly positioned as a strategic consultancy, their work is rooted in insight. Operating in the reputational strategy arena, around 90% of their work has a sustainability focus due to the specialist experience and knowledge they have developed in the area.
They help their clients across both commercial and not for profit sectors to connect and develop trust with their key stakeholders based on their sustainability strategies – and we are talking sustainability in the broadest possible sense, including environmental issues, understanding /driving /changing consumer behaviour around healthy lifestyles, identifying concerns/levers… Their projects focus on very current topics and are amongst the most exciting and ground-breaking, delivering real impact for their clients.
The over-riding purpose of this consultancy is to drive positive change at a global level and their commitment to this is whole, so much so that they only take on and deliver work that helps them move forward towards this. And, to further demonstrate their values, they prioritise employee engagement and ownership, including a profit-sharing scheme.
With a global presence, they have teams across markets including a small team in London. Their work is very international so as much as they are spread around the world, they are culturally aligned and operate as one team, with regular catch ups and an annual event attended by all. Most of their work is international so they collaborate across programmes. This is a friendly culture and a close-knit London team with a wonderful office space. People are passionate about their work and about making a difference to the world, and ideas are encouraged – everyone can share their views.
They are currently hiring for an SRE/RM level quant researcher, with exposure to qual (the qual tends to be in-depth interviews due to the nature of the work they do). A good technical understanding on the quant side is a must, you need to be able to design research from taking the initial brief through to the analysis and reporting your findings.
The role is very client facing with a portfolio of leading name clients to work with. This agency is very successful and continues to grow – there is a real appetite for the work they do. And, as this is a strategic consultancy, they need to see gravitas and credibility.
Whilst experience in sustainability would be ideal, a genuine passion for it is essential. And they need a team player, with a positive approach and a desire to deliver great research which makes a difference.
