This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career within the reputation measurement and consulting space.
The Senior Associate is a pivotal role in the successful and dynamic London office of a global company which is regarded as the leading light in the reputational arena.
With a very impressive portfolio of clients, this is a new role, created both as the result of growth and ambitious plans; it is an opportunity to shape a highly regarded methodology, consult with clients within leading global businesses and play an active role in the commercial development of this well-funded, forward thinking business.
The Senior Associate will be analysing the performance of key reputational levers, both benchmarking and putting forward strategic recommendations to improve their performance. You’ll be working with your technical and data science colleagues to create robust and compelling insight which allows you to create actionable recommendations for your clients. These clients are senior directors of the largest and highest profile companies.
You will be responsible for growing business with your clients by consulting with them in the areas of reputation, corporate communications and stakeholder profiling; identifying patterns and trends that can influence analysis, insight and thought leadership work, and creating and developing content and deliverables for client workshops.
The UK business experienced significant growth last year both as a result of winning new clients and developing current business, so this is a key position within the business.
For this role, we need to see strong consultancy and data analysis skills (eg. SPSS); the ability to pick out the key themes and bring them to life for clients, confidently recommending next steps and clear actions. Exceptional client management skills are critical – you need to be confident on your feet in front of clients. This area is fairly new so there is plenty of scope to evolve the offer.
In return you will receive training on all aspects of reputation measurement, management and consulting. You do not need a background in reputational research.
