Whilst their work spanned 22 countries last year (Tokyo, Canada, Asia, Europe etc), around 70% of their work has a UK focus. FMCG is a key sector for them with other areas including Entertainment, Retail and Technology.
Everyone in the team has excellent generalist skills which enable them to speak confidently across research, brand strategy, innovation etc. They use research, specifically qual as a bed rock to the work they do.
What are they looking for? In their words “a free-thinking, insight hunting, idea exploding, rock star planner!” Someone with excellent qual or planning skills and someone who wants to work more strategically and who wants to broaden out from mainstream qual. You will need to have a proven track record in key agency areas; from designing and setting up projects and facilitating sessions, through to research, insight generation, analysis, report writing and presenting inspiring outputs to clients. Whilst you don’t need to be an innovation expert, you do need to be bright, adaptable, brands led, happy to work outside your comfort zone and be a creative thinker. Someone with a great appreciation of brands, trends and people is essential.
