This role offers the opportunity to step into one of the best project management teams around – a team which is widely viewed as being the gold standard of PM, both within this global research agency and externally. Working on interesting and varied projects (from one of the largest, most sophisticated multi-country programmes in the market to cutting edge employee surveys), you will be working alongside your research colleagues and be part of this genuinely lovely team – full of sparky, dynamic, supportive people who do great work and clearly love what they do.
This team is hugely highly regarded and they lead the way in terms of PM best practice. An innovative environment, they are at the forefront of thinking in their area. And this is a very people-oriented environment: they focus on their staff and developing long term relationships with their clients and this comes right from the top. They believe this is the way to drive growth – and it’s working: this is a successful and growing business.
The account portfolio for this role is broad so you will get exposure to clients across consumer and business to business brands. As part of this, you’ll play a very key role on a global survey which measures customer experience, service performance and employee satisfaction for a leading global business. The programme is vast and complex – hence the need for stringent project management to ensure all deliverables are met to spec and within the agreed timeframes.
You will be involved in building client relationships, helping develop the project plan/timeline, managing internal stakeholders, sample composition and management, fieldwork management, reporting and quality assurance. You will also be involved in making the processes even more efficient – so we need to find someone who is always on the lookout for better ways of working. With a large number of client contacts on this account, a large part of the role is keeping up client communication to maintain the fantastic relationship which has been built up with these contacts over the years – these are lovely clients to work with and strong advocates of the agency.
For this role, we need at least 2 years’ market research project management experience, experience of agreeing and managing external and internal project schedules, of managing and implementing project set up including set up meetings and allocation of project resources, of checking and reviewing project inputs and outputs such as questionnaires, scripts, briefing materials etc., good communication skills, excellent attention to detail including data checks and proofreading, strong organisational skills and someone dedicated and conscientious– who wants to take ownership of their projects. Plus, we need a positive thinker with a can-do, solution-focused attitude who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
