This is a full service project management role focused on the world of corporate reputation and corporate communications in a leading London agency. Joining an established project management team, you will work alongside your research colleagues to manage end to end projects to ensure they run efficiently, to specification and to budget.
Focused on quantitative programmes, you’ll be contributing to the design of projects, inputting into all areas that impact project design (questionnaires, scripts, tab specs etc), creating and managing project plans and schedules, inputting into the proposal process – advising on project process and structure, designing and drafting budgets and costings, advising on and overseeing sampling, weighting and the DP process to ensure data is delivered to spec, you’ll oversee translations and you’ll deliver scripts and tables to the research team. You’ll be in close contact with clients, updating them and responding to their queries on the PM side.
We are open to people with a project management background looking for a step up, people with a research background who enjoy the organisational side or people with a sampling background who are looking to break into the full-service PM side. We need someone who is detail oriented and is passionate about ensuring their projects run smoothly. You’ll need to be positive with a can-do attitude, always happy to share your learnings and always looking for new ways of working.
This is a successful, buoyant and dynamic place to be; the agency is performing extremely well. This has been achieved by focusing on producing great work which impacts on clients’ businesses and brands, not on short term financial results or internal restructures. Highly innovative and forward thinking, it is a place for people who love to take ownership and make things happen – you are given autonomy, with support to do just that. The people here are genuinely curious and interested in what they do. The training on offer is second-to-none and development opportunities, here and overseas, are huge. Staff surveys show very high levels of happiness at work and confidence in the leadership. As a result of all this, people stay – they talk about being challenged, consistently offered new opportunities, being listened to, and enjoying being in a culture where anyone at any level can have an opinion and lead on projects.
