This qualitative research agency is at the forefront of technology with a culture of creativity, innovation and diversity. This is a fun, stimulating and exciting environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and support each other.
The research this agency conducts is varied with clients coming from the consumer, retail, tech, and social research sectors and services that they offer to these clients range from the provision of an innovative self-serve platform/tool to full service online qual and consultancy – you won’t get bored in this project management role, it’s so much more than that!
It is client facing for a start, giving you the opportunity to work with some really fascinating brands, guiding and advising them on every aspect of qualitative research project set up and delivery.
Of course, the core role is the day- to-day management of fieldwork in the UK and at an international level (often multi-country), using your first-class project management experience to effectively cost projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly and to deadline.
And as well as this, there will be the opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping the Ops director to set up and grow this new project management function.
We are looking for a super organised and client facing Qualitative Project Manager who is passionate about technology and its application within research; someone who loves the thrill of working to deadlines and is happy to go above and beyond when it comes to delivering on projects.
You will be learning from a senior operations superstar, and working with some other amazing colleagues who come from diverse backgrounds.
Because this is a newly formed team, and a really important role, proven qualitative fieldwork experience is essential, with extensive experience in costings and set up; this experience need not be within online qual, as full training will be provided, so it’s a great opportunity to learn.
This role is varied and exciting, and offers an excellent platform to build and develop your skills. What they need from you in return is a desire to learn, a high level of confidence and a passion for qual and technology!
Please note this role will be based at home initially.
