This kind of opportunity doesn’t come along very often. Our client is a high-profile international charity which makes a positive difference to the lives of NHS staff and healthcare users by measuring and improving the experiences of healthcare patients and staff in the UK and Europe
They provide research and evaluation for a range of public and private healthcare organisations; these studies are highly regarded and used to inform policy and improve outcomes.
The Senior Associate will join a small team of research experts, with responsibility for managing two
high-profile national and long-term studies specifically exploring the experiences of children and young people, and those in the community accessing mental health services
The studies are run to strict project timetables, and are often combined with other national statistics and used for year-on-year comparisons. They are run to the highest standards and this extremely valuable data is used to set strategies, define policy and ultimately improve patient experiences.
The people who work here are smart, professional, and committed. Many come from the healthcare sector – others come from sectors (eg consumer) and they all have a common goal to use research to improve healthcare experiences.
We are looking for a quantitative researcher who is used to working with different stakeholders and organisations, and who is able to pull out key insights, and deliver impactful recommendations.
A strong team player with excellent communications skills, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of research methodology (eg. sampling, weighting) along with experience in survey design, analysis and reporting.
As importantly, you will need to be genuinely interested in the health and social care sector.
