This role is focused on global innovation for leading brands. Spanning FMCG, FS, tech, luxury brands and everything in between, your priority is to help your clients make business decisions which ultimately drive growth. Projects span foundational understanding pieces through to brand stretch programmes.
This is a brilliant team, full of lovely, super-enthusiastic, bright people. The senior research executives and research managers say what they love about it is that everyone’s voice is heard – anyone can put ideas forward and everyone’s views are valid. They also love the huge variety of work. And the opportunities for training and development, both formally and learning by working alongside inspiring and exceptional leaders.
Much of your focus of this role is on understanding consumer behaviour across markets, in terms of how to attract new consumers, what is important to them, which current products and attributes are especially motivating, looking at purchase channels etc.
You will work very closely with your clients who are all very engaged with the insight: they are interested, proactive and they listen to the findings. As a result, you get to see the impact of your work.
A high calibre project management team deal with much of the day-to-day operations, so you are free to focus on consultancy and generating insight which informs the direction of your clients’ strategies and plans.
For this role, we need to see strong quantitative research skills with at least exposure to ad hoc programmes; good analytical skills are critical. You will have been client facing and enjoy this, and you will need to be a real team player – this is a close-knit team of people who enjoy what they do.
This agency has it all. Work that guides big, strategic decisions on behalf of the very best consumer brands, who brief this team on their most important and high-profile challenges. A global approach – much of the research is international – and a culture focused on understanding clients and their needs, rather than a short-term focus on hitting revenue targets. The people here are smart and talented including truly inspiring senior managers. The focus from the very top is on motivating and developing staff – this is a very happy staff group where people stay to progress their careers.
