This agency offers bright, ambitious, passionate researchers a move into the fast lane with ground-breaking work and an enviable client list.
It’s the people that set this agency apart. Everyone here wants to make a difference. They thrive on challenge and pace. They are curious, enjoy learning and are driven by creating new and innovative ways to help clients. They love being part of a close-knit team with a great culture – non -hierarchical, a willingness to explore new techniques, strong encouragement to work from home one day a week and a complete shut-down at Christmas, which is on top of an already generous holiday allowance!
This is a newly created Strategist role in their successful Healthcare team. Working on mixed methods research, this would suit a talented researcher who is looking for exposure to a range of research techniques.
The Strategist will manage several accounts with the support of a team of Senior Analysts. As well as working on several big client names in the healthcare industry, you’ll also be working closely with small start-ups e.g. biotech companies, advising them at every stage through pre and post launch.
Most of your time will be spent working on a mix of ad hoc qual and quant research including patient journeys (one of their biggest areas currently) concept and message testing, brand testing, brand positioning, material testing, market exploration and competitor intelligence. You’ll also be overseeing the analysis of social listening and other digital data sources.
Strategists also play an active role in developing new business with existing clients, so you will also be expected to be actively involved in proposal writing and client pitches. Please note that the team are in high demand and often turn work away. They are in the enviable position of being able to pick and choose the work that they do.
We are looking for someone with strong healthcare experience and an interest in using new approaches for research and insight delivery; consumer experience will also be considered if you can demonstrate an interest in the healthcare sector and offer an opinion on healthcare research.
Ideally with a mixed methods background, you will have a good grounding in primary quant and qual research techniques and the ability to think more strategically about your research e.g. ‘What is the future of healthcare?’
