This agency is so well regarded by clients – so much so that when clients move on to new organisations, they usually take the agency with them. Working across a wide range of sectors including financial services, utilities, care and health, their work spans tracking and ad hoc and is often mixed methods. The clients are very ‘up for’ doing things differently so there is real opportunity to use different methodologies and techniques.
The client relationships are close so this side is very important – you can expect lots of face time with clients. We need to see a track record of adding value to client thinking and a drive to answer the “so what” questions so the insight delivers impact and answers for clients.
This is a lovely culture – ambitious yet not pressured, it is clearly a very happy place to be with a lot of trust and genuine care – the senior team are keen to ensure programmes are adequately resourced and that the staff team are not over-stretched. Turnover is low and when people do leave, there are quite a few examples of them coming back to the agency when they are looking for their next step up.
For this role, we need to see strong analysis and project management skills across tracking and ad hoc. You do not need a customer experience background but you do need an interest in it. We need a strong client focus and someone who enjoys developing their clients and spotting opportunities to add value and expand the agency’s remit.
