Associate Director or Research Director: major, high-profile evaluations; successful and dynamic business

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing team which is winning and carrying out many of the highest profile, important evaluation pieces around public policy and public services. This team is consistently winning some of the most sought-after evaluations – many of which are multi-million pound and multi-year. This new role has been created as the result of impressive growth; we are open to hearing from evaluation specialists at both Associate Director and Research Director level. The client is open to generalists and to people who want to specialise in a specific policy area.

This team consists of impressive and highly regarded evaluators, many of whom are senior and high profile in the industry. And they work alongside and have ready access to other specialists: people in the wider team who are objectively seen as experts in their field (methodologists, behavioural experts, ethnography experts…) as well as external experts (academics, economists…). Exposure to working alongside people at the top of their game is something the team often mention as something they really appreciate about working here.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced research and evaluation specialist who has experience of overseeing process, impact and economic evaluations. You’ll need a proven track record of overseeing evaluation programmes across the project lifecycle, from initial design through to delivering outstanding debriefs.
