Social Media Intelligence is their expertise. They use AI to do much of the heavy lifting, with the core remit of this role being looking after an impressive portfolio of existing clients who subscribe to their state of the art platform. This is a hybrid role combining strong account management and consulting skills, answering client questions such as what is the next “big thing” in their category, corporate reputation, brand health, campaign measurement, impact of influencers questions.
The team are growing and this is a new role. Managing a small team, there is huge scope for development and career progression. Whilst you may have a quant and/or qualitative research agency background (and looking for something a bit different), you may also come from a customer success/account management background within a social media or research agency.
