Client facing project manager: employee engagement research; collaborative culture; innovative solutions

This is a superb PM opportunity in a dynamic, ambitious and successful employee engagement consultancy which has really made a name for itself in this space. Two things immediately stand out. Firstly, their clear dedication to client delight which has resulted in an impressive list of blue-chip clients, many of which are very long-standing. And secondly, their collaborative culture, where people work together and support each other. There is an outstanding track record of promoting from within: people stay and progress their careers here, and it is clearly a very happy place to work.

As a Project Manager, you will join the “hub of the wheel”;  a specialist team focused on the management and delivery of employee research and strategy. The offering is broad, from culture change to leadership development and engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, internal comms, retention and behaviour change – there is plenty of variety here.

You will be managing end-to-end research programmes, ensuring these UK and international projects are run to the highest standards, using the very best solutions. Your clients will be amongst the biggest and best – this is high profile work.

And teamwork is key here: you will work with your brilliant colleagues, including consultants, researchers, business psychologists, analysts, data scientists, developers, writers and content creators in order to deliver the very best service.

In terms of your background, research project management experience is a must and experience of using a research platform is highly desirable. Employee experience is ideal but not essential, as long as you have the desire to work in the employee research space.

In summary, we need an exceptional project manager, with experience in managing multiple projects to partner with a variety of clients from different sectors. This is an outstanding project management opportunity in a dynamic and supportive team which is ambitious for both their clients and the quality of their work.
