This leading social and public sector team have carved out a real niche within behaviour change. Agile, entrepreneurial and successful, they see themselves as an established start-up who have the huge added bonus of being able to tap into their wider business (primary and secondary research, methods, policy expertise, evidence reviews). Insight, design strategy and consultancy are key to them. This stands them apart and they are growing. A super team with lots of investment. It’s a great time to join.
They work in depth with clients to understand interventions for change. Clients include government departments, NGOs and charities. Core to their work is to understand the triggers that lead to a change in behaviour, either through a rational decision or subconsciously. They have worked on many high profile studies which are high impact and wide changing. Their work is exciting, real and increasingly trialled in field rather than within an experimental setting; again, this sets them apart and often gives them the edge over competitors.
As part of their growth, we are looking for 2 Directors to join the senior leadership team; one to champion the Behaviour Change trial design offer and the other to take more of an insight focus, specifically qualitative and consultancy and including leadership across some of the high profile contracts.
Whilst UK focused, they are looking to grow their offer in Europe and further afield. Highly consultative, client engagement is key and you will pride yourself on being a “trusted advisor”. Team leadership is paramount especially as the team grows – and you will need to be forward thinking, dynamic and passionate about the behaviour change field. Whilst a strong component of the role will have a strategic focus (where the practice will develop, raising external profiles etc), there will also be an element of hands on project work; an ideal combination of strategic consultancy whilst keeping your hand in.
With solid experience within Behaviour Change (commercial or public sector), you may be an ambitious Associate Director (or the equivalent) looking to step up, or you may be a Director who is looking to grow further within a business which is steering towards being a leader in the Behaviour Change field. Opportunities such as these don’t come up often.
