What is key to this massively happening and exciting agency is that they see insight through a creative, strategic and cultural lens. Their deliverables need to impact and make a difference.
They have an outstanding reputation across the board and in particular within the advertising and creative world. They work with some of the most awesome brands on big strategic questions. They are hugely respected and are a key part of the client conversation. Their work is consultative – clients don’t have standard briefs so every project is bespoke.
In their words, their team retention rates are crazy; impressively low staff turnover rates say it all. Described as respectful, collaborative, supportive, grown up, they are proud and passionate about what they do. They have grown whilst competitors have cut back. They do not have to look for business and are one of the few agencies we know who turn work down as they have enough and want the team to have the space to think creatively, analyse, unpick and do their work properly.
They are looking for either an ambitious Associate Director or entry level Research Director. Equally important is you as a person as well as your experience. You are likely to come from a creative agency with strategy/planning experience or a qualitative research agency with a strong brand heritage. FMCG and/or retail sector experience working on big brands would be a bonus. As a person, we are looking for someone who is bold, sensitive, intuitive and with great communication skills, both amongst the team as well as externally with clients.
This role would be ideal for someone who wants to find a more inspiring home. If you are creatively driven and can already demonstrate sharp thinking (but perhaps wants to develop your strategic nous), this might be just the ticket. As our client said, they would love someone to join them who gets itchy feet if they spend too much time in the office and enjoys exploring, absorbing new situations and getting amongst it!
A lovely opportunity with a really exciting agency who continue to gather momentum and who are really going places.
