The focus is on inspiring senior clients (usually Heads of Marketing and Heads of Brand), leading and supporting a smart team and ensuring high quality outputs. Properly method neutral, they use a wide range of techniques to answer client questions – traditional and online qual, quant, semiotics, analytics (they have an inhouse analytics specialist) … And much of the work is global in nature.

For this role, we need a high level, consultative senior quant director who has experience across B2C and B2B clients, and who can hold court with senior clients. Intellectual rigour is important – you will need to be able to take the work to the next level and tell senior clients what they need to do as a result of the insight – and be able to voice this thinking with credibility.
We also need someone with a growth mindset who is always looking for new opportunities with clients.
Equally, we need someone loves leading a team and growing talent, and we need a nice person – someone who will fit into the team and who everyone can all get along with.
This client is open to full time or 4 days/week. For full time, you would need to be in the office 3 days/week, and if you are working 4 days/week, you will need to be in the office twice/week.
£90,000 – £120,000 plus bonus (c15%) plus benefits
