Malaysia: Quantitative Associate Director or Research Director; seeking a talented research generalist and passionate team leader

This team deliver a wide variety of work with a focus on innovation and branding. They work with some of the world’s leading and best loved consumer brands. Your role will be focused on overseeing and adding value to your team’s work (4-5 people), advising on the more complex client questions and helping them develop their careers. This role will suit a nurturing people leader who loves research and delivering great insight. We are open to quantitative research generalists, or specialists in innovation or branding – as long as you are open to learning about other areas. You absolutely must have a demonstrable interest and track record in team management and mentoring and of bringing along keen and talented juniors.

The role is not focused on client relationships – and there is no business development. In addition, the research team works alongside a seasoned and brilliant project management team – so you really do get to focus on the insight and on supporting your team.

This is an English-speaking team with real diversity – people from Malaysia and also India, China, the Philippines – to name a few. The business will sponsor and offers a relocation package.
