We are hiring for an Associate Director as the result of sustained growth in a hugely dynamic and well-regarded qualitative team.

This is a diverse team which incorporates award-winning ethnographic experts, communities specialists, semioticians…You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry.

There is also a highly-regarded project management team to take on much of the day-to-day project management of the larger, more complex programmes.

These roles focus on front end, blue sky innovation for leading consumer brand organisations – all very international. This spans new product development and looking at opportunities to break into new categories. Much of the work is exploratory-stage from which they run co-creation sessions with the clients – who tend to be the brand and R & D teams as well as insight teams. As such these roles span both qual research and consultancy.

To be successful, you will need strong technical qualitative skills across traditional and/or digital methodologies, exceptional client management skills, be both a creative and commercial thinker with strong story-telling skills, a brilliant communicator and have an interest in more innovative methods.

As importantly, you will need to enjoy taking ownership and making things happen, be genuinely curious and interested in the work.
