Qualitative Associate Director: focus on FS and FinTech; award-winning; dynamic; growing; people-focused culture

As the result of sustained growth, we are looking for an Associate Director to focus on a portfolio of leading FS and FinTech clients (there will be the opportunity to be involved in other sectors should you wish).

This is a hugely dynamic sector – new entrants are coming in to the market and challenging established players, trust and security remain huge issues, payment options are exploding, the pandemic has given rise to unexpected hardship and financial complexity…Money is an emotive topic and peoples’ attitudes are fascinating, rarely rational and often unexpected! This makes it a fascinating area to explore.

This role offers challenging and varied projects, the autonomy to create your own solutions to interesting client briefs and the opportunity to work with smart and engaged colleagues including industry-leading experts in their fields (ethnographers, digital experts, semioticians…).
